We wish our sister runners well as they participate in the Credit Union SacTown Ten Mile Run in Sacramento later today and also wish our troops in Kuwait a great Credit Union Freedom Run today, and send our best wishes to our troops at the Freedom Run in Germany on April 18.

Kids are having loads of fun with Dr. Bear from Children’s National Medical Center and Fit Kids, at the ½ Mile Kids’ Run. Start time is at 9:30 this morning near Constitution Avenue on the Washington Monument grounds.

Breaking News... there was an emergency on the course in mile 4 so the race is being diverted. The race will be short this year due to this.
